PHOTOS FROM GRAND MAESTRO RIEU'S SHOWS AROUND THE WORLD

From Judy Matthes: Fred and I went to Vancouver to see Andre when he did his West coast tour, the place was packed, it was a magical performance, I could have sat there all night, and friends that did not go have given me carte blanche to get tickets if I ever hear of him coming this way again, so I know it would be a successful event, given the amount of other fans he has.
From
Katalin Krisch: am one of the biggest fans of his since I have
seen Dublin concert last Christmas, and just a few days ago. I really did
not known about Andre until last Christmas, but now I am really going out of
my way. Going to his last concert in Toronto Canada, hardly
can
wait, it is my birthday present, and I am so delighted. I also invited a
friend 82 years young who lives in Toronto. She is from my old Hungary. I
just got back from Europe; I ordered wiener melange it is just in pal, now I
have a video of him in Hungary also, left it for my family to enjoy. I am
still hoping one of those days I will teach him to Csardas, he plays those
Lehar and other polkas and Csardases, that I really like to get on stage
with someone who knows how to dance it. Am I crazy or something? But happy!
I am from the USA but wanted to make his concert really badly. This is how
came about Toronto. I do not regret. I like send this picture hopefully will
be ok when one of his soprano was dressed in a Hungarian outfit, or at least
it was close, definitely the red boots were OK. Maybe I could share this
picture with everyone, and one day I will dance Csardas. All his music gives
me Goosebumps that is how I enjoy it, but the Csardas definitely makes me
cry. I am an ex from the communist Hungary, being a high schoolteacher by
trade. I worked in the airline business, instead of English I had to study
Russian, but I did OK with English later on. I do appreciate his Hungarian
music that much more. I defected communist Hungary. I know I am not alone
