Your application should take less than 10 minutes to fill in - just make sure you have the following to hand:
1) the sort code and account number of the account you wish to make payments from; 2) Your work address; and 3) Income and expenditure details such as monthly pay after tax, and monthly outgoings such as mortgage/ council tax/ other credit payments.

2. In processing your application we may: - Search credit reference agency files if you’re over 18. They’ll record our search, whether or not the application goes ahead. They’ll also give us electoral register details and credit information that may be linked to the credit records of one or more of your partners. Applications in a sole name may be assessed with reference to any associated credit records. - We’ll check your details against our own records and those of fraud prevention agencies. We’ll tell them if we suspect fraud. Members of our group and other companies may use this information to make credit or insurance decisions about you or others at your address. PERSONAL LOAN REPAYMENTS COVER Personal Loan Repayments Cover is normally available if: you are the first named customer in the Personal Loan Agreement; you are aged 18 or over but under 65 at the end of the repayment period (including the extended repayment period for Car Loan); attending your normal occupation; unaware of any impending unemployment, disability, or recurrence of a pre-existing medical condition; and living in the UK. As with all insurance schemes there are some limitations but these have been kept to a minimum. All insured customers will receive a copy of the policy which contains full policy details and details of the complaints procedures.
