On November 19, 2003, World Art Celebrities Journal conducted an international poll on the most elegant stars of year 2003. The Paris Desk sent 2,500 questionnaires to selected readers in France, Italy, Spain, England, United States, Austria and Germany. Believe it or not, all the questionnaires were completed and sent back to the magazine within 6 hours from the time, the first questionnaire was e-mailed! This is the readers’ pick.
