AMERICAN MEDIA
THE 25 MOST LIKED, TRUSTED & CAPTIVATING CABLE TV FEMALE PERSONALITIES IN THE US. By Maximillien de Lafayette
A
few months ago, my colleague and dear friend, Valerie Constand, senior editor
at World Art Celebrities Journal in Paris conducted an international
survey/poll on the United Stated most trusted and admired media personalities (men and
women) in 85 countries. In her article, Valerie wrote: "Who are the best, the most trusted and the highly
admired personalities of the media in the United States? Or more precisely on
the international scene? That is the double-bubble question! WACJ conducted an
international poll in 85 countries. Approximately, 456,500 questionnaires were
sent to our readers, as well as to a great number of dignitaries, stars,
politicians, authors, reporters, newsmakers, educators, college students and
media watchers in numerous countries, stretching from Paris to Bombay. Contrary
to the general belief that foreigners do not watch TV news programs, because
they tend to believe that American reporters and journalists are biased,
almost 236 million people around the globe turn on their tube to American
TV and radio networks, to closely follow the latest political and social events
and developments of the world on the international scene. Many American TV and
radio personalities and faces are familiar to foreigners. The overwhelming
majority watches CNN, simply because, on one hand,
it is readily available to
them in their countries, and on the other hand, because they tend to trust this network.
Their trust began when CNN began to cover the news and events of the first
US/UN-Iraq war.
