OlsenAMERICA'S best-known twins received a Walk of Fame star.

Dear Peggy: The world is starving. Genuine talented artists are struggling on the streets on New York City and two bimbos, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are now the first twins ever to receive a Hollywood sidewalk star, according to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. The world is stupid and vain. The teenagers, born three minutes apart, whose publicist has asked that they no longer be referred to as the Olsen Twins, turn 18 on June 13, six days after they graduate high school. The girls debuted on TV's Full House in 1987 at the age of nine months, alternating in the same role as Michelle and earning $US2,400 ($3,330) per episode. "We want to thank mostly our family and our friends, everyone at Dualstar (Entertainment), and every cast member we've worked with through the years," MK said during the ceremony outside the Kodak Theatre. " Sure, they have to thank everybody, they are making zillions jut being there on the set. I am not jealous, only concerned about real artistic values and merits in our  western societies. Imagine Peggy, each girl is worth a net $US150 millions.  I admit they did act well and display some talent. But, hey, common two big awards to immortalise two bimbos? I think your readers agree with me. Explain this to Amanda McBroom, Barb Jungr and all those super cabaret singers who devoted their entire lives to a world class music and never made millions! That is the irony of life and vanity of so-called powerful impresarios. Dave Goldsmith, New York, U.S.A.
